Yesterday, our Yeti cooler bag was stolen. Jo and Lex took the golf cart somewhere and they think it might have fallen out. They immediately turned around to find it but no luck. It was gone for good.
I’m disappointed someone took it. We think it might have even been stolen while everyone was enjoying the sights from a jetty along the Gulf of Mexico. I have no idea what happened because I was on a zoom call from 2 to 4 while everyone else was watching for dolphins, turtles and tankers.
Our Yeti cooler was a gift from our youngest son who is not even on this trip. My husband never really appreciated it much, but I loved it because it kept everything cold. It was a great bag for carrying bags of ice to events I arranged for the Keokuk Art Center.
The good news is we’re still all alive. I guess that’s more important than a cooler, but I’m hoping the thieves are suffering from a heavy dose of bad karma!
